Ida-Maria is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management and Organization at Hanken School of Economics. With a lifelong fascination for people and their behaviour, paired with a deep interest in organizational development, Ida-Maria discovered her passion for HR. She has found her true calling in talent management, where she can align her interests with her ambition to make a meaningful difference.

At WCS Ida-Maria focuses on event organization in collaboration with the team. She looks forward to engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, gaining career inspiration from others who share her values, and contributing to shaping the future of the working life.

In her free time, you’ll often find her at the Crossfit box, on the running track, or enjoying quality time with friends.
