The WCS mentorship program connects you with experienced female business professionals who are dedicated to your success. Our mentors are on a mission to empower, support, and guide the next generation of experts and leaders – and that's where you come in.

What You'll Experience:

Starting in January 2025, this four-month program is a great way to kick-off the year and your gateway to an inspiring career. You and your mentor will connect on a monthly basis, in a way that suits your preferences. You'll be paired with a mentor who shares your interests and goals. For every meeting, we provide a structured agenda to guide your discussions and support your growth. There will be both kick-off and wrap-up events organized for participants to connect with other mentorship pairs. The Mentorship program is supported by SEB.

Who Can Be Your Mentor?

Our mentors are accomplished professionals in various fields, and they're eager to invest their time in supporting young women like you, not only in your career choices but also in related topics. They have a minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience, ensuring you receive valuable guidance. You'll have the opportunity to share your aspirations in the registration form, ensuring that your interests align seamlessly with those of your mentor.
