The WCS mentorship program offers participants one-on-one support from business professionals in their respective industries. The mentors mission is to devote their time and skills to empower, support and guide future experts and leaders. We at WCS believe that strong networks build confidence and boost individual strengths, which is why this mentorship program was initiated. We hope that both the mentor and mentee can mutually develop their skills, improve confidence and increase motivation.

What is this program about?

Starting in January 2025, this four-month program aims to help young business students with taking their first steps towards an inspiring career. We recommend that the mentor and mentee are in contact on a monthly basis, in their preferred way of working. In this role you support one individual that is matched to you according to your profiles and interests. For each of your meetings we will prepare an agenda that you can follow and turn to for support. There will be both kick-off and wrap-up events organized for participants to connect with other mentorship pairs. The Mentorship Program is supported by SEB.

Who can be a mentor?

Our mentors are professionals in their fields who want to invest their time to support young women in their choice of career and other related topics.

We wish that you have at least 1 year of relevant experience in your industry.
